I did a small Etsy shop update yesterday with plenty of new items including lots of steampunk-influenced pieces!
Dirigibles! These are a collaborative effort between Jenny and I! Jenny sculpted, carved and created a mold of her original dirigible. I then cast, bisque-fire, glaze, stain and final-fire the pendants! I currently also have aqua and copper patina dirigibles available.
Kraken tentacles now in brown stoneware with oxides and aqua glaze! I love this new combination!
Ammonite fossil pendants are back!
And while not a steampunk piece, these white and aqua-striped chunky beads have sold out at my last two shows! Get em while you can!
Another brand new design! Perfect for seed-beaders or someone who is clever with wire-work! Also available in a blue/white combo!
I was at Let's Bead in Rochester, NY on Saturday for a trunk show. We stayed with Colin's aunt and uncle and enjoyed a beautiful long weekend.
This shop is HUGE! I suppose during the long winters in upstate NY, you need something to do and what's better than beading?!?
I was lucky enough to have a few friends in that area that stopped by to visit...
Kristen Stevens and her daughter Shelby came and spent about 4 hours hanging out with me. Kristen had her clown car bag with her. Why do I call it a clown car? She must have pulled a million pieces of gorgeous jewelry out of it! Thanks again for the AMAZING bracelet!
Shelby and I chatted it up about cosplay, gaming and all things nerdy. w00t!
Kerry Bogert stopped in as well! Her daughter was with her and she was so cute and funny!
